Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be granted for events only if you notify SACTO no later than the date printed on the invitation and on any promotional material regarding the event. If SACTO is notified after the deadline for refunds or cancellation of your reservation, refunds will be given at SACTO’s sole discretion based upon its event obligation.

No refunds will be given for payments made on account of annual membership dues.
